Gain weight and maintain flat stomach
Hi All, Ive been gaining weight successful and have found the perfect way to without feeling sick. I used to weigh 6.6stone and now weigh 7.8. I want to get 8.5 stones and I'll be happy but when I start to eat more etc. my stomach is no longer flat but fat! How do I keep a flat stomach whilst gaining weight?

I am bulking and ate 1800 over maintenance
I am doing a clean bulk and I ate 1800 calories of cookies and ate over everything. My clean bulk is at 2500 calories. So I ate 4300 calories today. What I do now? Do I keep eating at a surplus? My body fat percentage is high because I'm skinny fat and I'm trying not to gain at an alarming rate.
