Hey, I've been lifting for a couple years and I have saw some results, not as fast as I would like but they are slowly coming. I weigh 147 and I want to get to 165, any suggestions? It's hard to force myself to eat, so any advice?

FODMAP
My partner has been put on the FODMAP elimination diet for health reasons, but it's caused his weight to fall drastically. We're struggling to keep his calories up, and my calories down. Any suggestions? The poor man is eating everything he can, but it just doesn't stick.

Cycling and gaining weight
I have been strength training for about a month now, still waiting to see any big gains in strength or muscle size, but I know it's early days. I also enjoy going for long bike rides on the weekend, typically around 30-40 miles. Do you think this is affecting my strength training??

So this is me : I currently weigh 122 pounds and I'm trying to get to 150 pounds. It's tough because it's hard for me to gain weigh due to my metabolism I think. I use mass gainer and protein shake and get my calories , well at least try. I just don't know what to do.
