I’m not losing my gut and I’m disgusted!!!
I know the reason I’m not losing my God it’s because I’m not watching my diet and doing enough cardio. I would have thought the weight training I’m doing would help contribute to losing the good but it seems it has been. I’m really disgusted.

Is it really A must to go to the gym, or exercise to gain weight?
I don't have a gym membership and I don't have a gym near my place. How effective is body weight exercises? Will I be able to gain weight by eating a surplus without going to the gym? Body weight exercises is the only option I have.
