Can't gain anymore weight during pregnancy
Hi I was looking for some advice on how to maintain my current weight during this pregnancy. My OB has said that I shouldn't gain anymore weight to try and keep the baby from getting much bigger. I am 33 weeks and he is already pretty big. Any suggestions would be great!

Balancing calories and exercise
Hello Everyone. I have a question regarding balancing calories with exercise. It seems the more I exercise the more my appetite peaks especially between the hours of 2 pm to 4 pm daily. Does anyone have the same issues? It's a challenge keeping my intake where I want it to be and not overeat.

Going over daily calories for an occasion on maintenance, how does that work?
I've heard many people will save up calories for their cheat day/meal or an event, by creating a deficit through the week...but how do you ''prepare'' for a night out or any other kind of special event involving eating more than usual (like going over your maintenance calories by 200, 500, something like that, nothing too…

If you eat maintenance for goal weight, why can't you lose?
If you eat maintenance for goal weight, why can't you lose? Wondering if anyone had an answer for this. How can you maintain a 180 lb body by eating 1400 calories (between 1200 and 1400). How could you even get there in the first place? I never ate over 2000 cal in my life (ok maybe once or twice a year). All I could think…

Letting go of the scale when your goal doesn't match the body.. How?
I started with a very simple scale goal. 18lbs in 6months. I am nearly at the 6month mark, am down 25lbs and am trying very hard to switch my mindset away from scale and closer to fit. I've been using Fitnessblender for the last 3months and loving the changes I'm seeing so far. The problem I'm having is based on my BMS and…

Setting Activity Goals and Calories Burnt Working
I'm confused about how to set my goals for activity levels. I'm waitressing for about 6-8 hours, 4/5 times a week so would this fall under the lightly active or moderately active section. During my time off I'm pretty sedentary apart from exercise which I log in the diary. Also I've tried figuring out how many calories I…

Weekly cal goal or daily
Do you watch your overall weekly goal or just daily? Because I started watch my weekly goal so sometimes I've got like 900cal to spare on the last day of the week. I'm wondering that'll actually make me gain weight. I started the weekly goal thing and I've been gaining weight so I'm wondering if that's the cause.

confused
So I am 19 and 5'5.5. I went to the doctor today and she told me that I weigh 123. Why do I feel so big if im at a normal weight?? balance in properly counting cals
I have a busy lifestyle. At times it seems non stop. Currently I am trying to cut after a bulk phase and realize it is going to take more effort than what I had assumed. I work out 5 days a week and have a very active work schedule on top of that. It may seem redundant but I am trying to maintain the weight I have attained…

not eating enough - pregnant
I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and was told to cut down carbs. However... today mfp wouldn't let me log my diary as I haven't eaten enough. And, I haven't. (As car free as I could be today...) Aside from more protein and veg, what carbs can I eat to bulk my meals up?!

Fats and Carbs
There's a lot of emphasis about on low fat/fat free diets and foods and despite my calories coming in below or just slightly above what MFP has recommended, I am sometimes above what it recommends for fats and carbs, I was wondering how bad being over in the macros would be for toning and maintenance. I'm usually over by…

Where I want to be, what do I do next?
Hey everyone! I'm just over 5'6, 19 years old, and weigh 125lbs. I'm in the gym 4-5x per week, usually about 25 minutes of cardio + 40 minutes strength exercises, rotating the parts of my body that I focus on. I also run several miles once or twice a week, and am generally active and always moving, walk or bike everywhere.…
