I had dropped from 219.5 to 163 pounds, and feeling really good. I adjusted my calories to maintain my weight and did so successfully for 6 weeks. Today, at 9 weeks, I weighed in again and had dropped to 160. Not really doing anything different that I can think of. Why the weight loss?

BMR and 1200 calories
hi I'm wanting to lose 2lbs a week but I have done a BMR test which shows mine at about 1500 calories. Is 1600 too much for maintenance?
