I have been here 2 weeks and already lost about 6 pounds. I know it comes off quickly at first and then slows down again. I really love the free counter. I log all of my food that morning and my exercise at night. This really works!

I retired out of the military recently. Of course it was great to not have to eat MRE's 3 times a day or do greuling physical work all day just becuase I can.
