good morning I've been here before. Before I didn't join the community. My weight has increased in the past 2 years from 78 kg to 94 kg. My intention is to reduce my weight, feel a lot better about myself and become more active after a period of intense work in a company which frankly could have served me much better.

My weight loss journey started on July 28 th 2024 . My weight was 347 I'm now 331 I've lost 16 lbs . Started off walking as much as could to make a mile now I'm @ 2.7 miles I walk 3 times @week watching my calorie intake also I do 30 min workout twice a week my goal is 100 by June 2025 🤗.
