Can you eat healthy on a limited income with type 2 diabetes?
I have type 2 diabetes and have been trying to eat better; trying to follow the advice of my doctor, but healthy food is so expensive, I cannot afford to eat this way? Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, do you have any suggestions that would help a dumb dumb like me?

Hi there Just a quick question, I'm currently in a light bulk phase but would like to know should I eat back my calories that I burn during exercise or should I just stick to the recommendation from the app and disregard the calories burnt as I'm sceptical as to how accurate that could be? Hi everyone!!
I used MyFitnessPal 7 years ago, it was VERY effective not only because of tracking exercises/weight, but also my personal trainer at the time recommended it and the support community was awesome - made lots of good friends. Looking for the same thing again.
