That 20 random people can tell you how great you look or can tell you are exercising a lot, etc...and then ONE person can come in and tell you "something negative" and all that positive feedback from the 20 people is now irrelevant because that ONE negative comment crushes your self esteem??? Women and Hunger
So you notice your hunger flucuating with your hormones? Not cravings, but your actual hunger pains? I've noticed that I'm SUPER hungry today. I don't really want anything specific, but my stomache keeps growling and has real hunger pains. Ugh. I don't want to blow my calories, but I don't want to be hungry all day either.
