Whats your weakness??
Im sure we all have one. Mine isnt so much a weakness as a certain time of day. After the kids go to bed, I have a bad habit of snacking. Thats going to be the hardest to stop!! Also doesnt help when my DH brings home 6 donuts. I dont even like donuts all that much, but they were there. How do you overcome your weaknesses?

Ok, heres my dilemma. I've excercised relentlessly. Minimum four times a week. I'm religiously watching what i eat, and documenting it. Too much willpower?

I am really ticked!
So I made a crazy healthy dish last night and have it for lunch today and I counted it. It is almost 500 calories!! Most of the calories came from the tofu, brown rice, and olive oil.
