I've noticed that I can record it, but the little green clickie that says record this for the day and then it tells you if every day were like today, you'll weigh ?? by…

dealing with injury
Hey everyone! I haven't posted in awhile bc I injured my back and have been out of commission for about 2 weeks. I'm anxious to get back to the gym but I'm not sure if it's the best idea yet. I miss the elliptical! Has anyone else dealt with chronic muscle spasms, and pinched sciatic nerve?

Getting back on track
When you fall off the wagon, what do you do to get back on track? I just can't seem to find the motivation or how to do it? I know I have a serious issue and I need to do something about it now, before it is too late! Please help me!
-
Off the wagon - what do you do?
So I was doing really great - I've lost over 30 pounds, then school started (I'm a teacher). Meetings and grading and lesson plans have taken the place of eating well and exercise. I thought I would start a thread about what you do when you fall off the wagon - not just for a day, but you have a change in the way your life…

First Day
This is my first day of "watching what I eat". I did really well until around 3:00 this afternoon and it has went down hill from there. I have a horrible headace, very tired and grouchy. Does this subside? Any tips on how to get through this afternoon slump? How long will it take me to get used to this? I haven't drank any…

After 10 Food-Filled Days...
Wow-Talk about stuffing yourself. That's what I've done for 10 days straight, and to top it off-NO GYM! At all. I don't know what happened...I had a melt down. That's for sure. And when I talk about stuffing myself, I mean HUGE binges that left me feeling so bloated/depressed, but then I would go on another binge 1-2 hours…

Jillian's Comment on Biggest Loser
The Tuesday before last, Jillian said something to Shellay. When I heard her say it, it motivated me so much, but I couldn't remember it word for world. I watched a portion of that episode again, and I finally have the comments she made. "You're one breath away from being anything you want to be. That breath is a choice.…

my dilema is somewhat different
I'm really excited about being on track since last Wed (almost a week, go me:noway: ) Well, here's the deal, I worked out hard Wed, Thurs, & Fri (burning around 500 cal/day) and eating back my calories and all that...was SO sore, took a break from exercise on Sat, but still counted calories. On Sunday, I eagerly got in the…

Need someone to hold me accountable-weekly check in
Hi- Does anyone know if there is a thread out there for weekly weigh-ins? I need to hook up with a group that will hold me accountable for sticking to my plan. calories to lose weight
Morning, Ok I've been utilizing MFP for a month. I really love it and most of all I love the support everyone shows. My question is when I burn say 500 calories working out, in order to lose weight how many calories do I make up. It seems tio me we shouldn't eat as many as we burn if the weight is to come off.. Sorry I'm…
