From 220 to 140- June 2017 to May 2018
Hi, guys! I thought I would share my progress from a little less than a year of tracking on MFP! I am 5'6" and started out at 220 lbs roughly and now I'm sitting at around 140 lbs! If you need support or proof that counting works, I'm here!

I have Hashimoto's, celiac disease, fibro, and other health issues... it's possible to lose weight!!

I’m curious what other ladies who are 5’6 have chosen for their goal weight?! I’m fairly athletic & lift weights mostly with a little bit of cardio!
