Two years in, I've lost an entire person
This isn't my first rodeo with MFP, but it sure is my most successful one! Today I celebrate a two year streak of logging on MFP. I'm 154 pounds lighter than when I logged on (for the first time in a while) on June 18, 2020. My journey is proof that you don't have to be perfect, you just have to keep going.
