So, now that it's summer, I'm wearing tank tops and shirts with open necks. And I'm not too embarrassed to wear these clothes because I feel great in my body. Why is this a success story? Because almost all of my clothes are too big!! I didn't just break my plateau...

Weight Loss is a SECOND JOB.
I really feel that weight loss is a second job and takes priority over other things, such as cleaning my house. I have never logged the time but it has to be a lot! Between daily workouts, logging, planning......just a thought.

I lost 122 pounds!
I did it in 2007. I still improve on my fitness by dropping body fat using weights and cardio. I try to eat clean and getting better at recording my protein and carb intake.
