I have only been using this site for one week, so on Wednesday morning I headed to the scales for my first weigh in. I cant believe how amazing it felt to have lost just 1.2pounds, it really made me realise how worth it this is :D

broke my hand, but not giving up!
I still managed to fill out + complete my food diary today, even though I can only type with one hand. Didn't quite hit my calorie goal, but I'm proud of myself for making the effort. I just had surgery a few days ago, but I refuse to give up on my goals.

Week 1 Finished
Lost 7 pounds...not bad. Now on to weeks 2 and 3. These seem to be my toughest weeks. In the past, if I've done well in these weeks, I keep rolling. But I tend to "slack off" as the process loses its newness. Here's to powering through and meeting my goal: 50 pounds by Spring break.
