Is this Healthy?
I've started eating right about 10 days ago and exercising about 6 (6 workouts of a tae bo video =intense) My start weight was 141.8 and I'm already 138 lbs? I drink nearly 3-4 litres of water per day and eat 1200 calories. Could it be my body is just losing some excessive water weight and bloat? Tks:)
