I'm so proud.
Tonight I went to The Cheesecake Factory and did not order cheesecake!!! I ordered a salad with seared tuna steak with low calorie dressing on the side. This is almost unheard of for me. I feel proud of my self control. I stayed under my allowed calories and did 3 miles on the treadmill.

increased my time!
My success is that I was able to increase my jogging time to 3 minutes 9 seconds! I know it doesn't sound like much but it's a big step for me. I started a run/walk program 2 months ago and was only able to run 30 seconds at one time and it slowy increased each week but I had severe leg pain. I got stuck on 2 minutes.…

Baby steps

I was on this site last year and lost all the weight I wanted...than "quit". I was quite dine since holidays where I put back on 5 pounds. Been trying to loose them since that but I could'nt. But I came bask here and wow, they are gone! OMG I love thise site! For me , it's miraculous!!

May be small but still a success
I did an extra 5 mins on the treadmill tonight. I even managed to run for about 30 seconds!! That is something I haven't done in YEARS!!!! I smell success!!
Okay. When I started my journey about 2 weeks ago I was at 207lbs. When I started here I was 204.4lbs. This morning I weighed (not official til Monday though) and I am 203.3 lbs.. So I have an almost 4lb loss! It feels great and is great motivation to keep going. When I see 199lbs I'll know I'm doing something right!

I lost 40 lbs with no diet or exercise!!
I did! I lost 40 lbs in 10 days!!! I didn't have to exercise or eat right or anything!! Of course, it was right after I had my baby, and I was so swollen I could hardly move, but it still counts, right? Best diet ever!! :laugh:

I'm going to toot my own horn now...
Because I deserve it! So today it's about 4:30 and I'm over my cals by about 800. Yeah, bad day right? So I decided to take a spin class (50 mins) followed by high intensity training (another 50 mins), it's like boot camp. I kicked butt. Burned 1260 cals. Now I'm under by 200 after dinner. Seven more pounds lost!
:happy: I lost 7 more pounds last week. I can't believe it. Changing my exercise routine and watching what I eat really works. I've also learned to substitute lean meats instead of fattening ones.

I work out six days a week and burn about 700 calories each day, I have done this for about two weeks now, and I have gained 4 lbs!!! :( Any suggestions or help???
