Seven more pounds lost!
:happy: I lost 7 more pounds last week. I can't believe it. Changing my exercise routine and watching what I eat really works. I've also learned to substitute lean meats instead of fattening ones.

working out but no loss
I work out six days a week and burn about 700 calories each day, I have done this for about two weeks now, and I have gained 4 lbs!!! :( Any suggestions or help???

I got 1 more pound!!!!

Week One and I have lost weight!
Woo hoo happy today as I have lost 3lbs in the last 9 days so I am well pleased. I hope everyone else is doing well too. Been working hard on the exercise dvd's too which has helped me not snack so much. Infact at night when I'm not exercising I'm wondering what to get up to now!! :happy:

I ran 7.1miles today in 59 minutes and 42 seconds. WOOT! My ultimate goal is to complete a marathon. My short-term goal is to complete a half marathon. I think I'm well on my way :)

I lost 6lbs just by staying within my calories for 7 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that is the most I've ever lost during a week, even when I was on WW. I want to be under 200 pounds before my big trip to Florida the first week of Feb. and that is only 4 pounds away. I can totally do that in 2 weeks.
