i have lost five yes 5 whole pounds!!!!! and one night i was a bad girl and had a glass of wine!!!,,,lol it is not a lot,,,and i have such a long LONGGGGGG way to go but its enough to make me wanna lose even ,more and I worked out yesterday well,,,ok,,,,by working out i danced to the Hairspray soundtrack,,but I sweated!!!

I lost my kid...
Today for fun I held my 4 year old when I got onto the scale...the weight was my starting weight...I have literally lost the same amount of weight as a small (medium) child!

I just wanted to share! I put on a pair of jeans that I haven't worn since before I got pregnant with my second child! They looked awesome! I am so excited! Not to my goal yet, but small victories, they sure do keep you going!

A small victory!
I started with MFP two weeks ago and also started exercising. The first day I rode my exercise bike for 8 minutes. Today I rode for 25 minutes and have slowly gotten faster and faster. I rode just over 6 miles today. I feel so good, the feeling is motivating itself. :smile:

Old Pants
Two pairs of my old jeans (12/13) have just come back into circulation..... No fatty overhang at the top or anything!!!!!! ....It is a good thing because 3 pair of my 14's just took a one way ticket to Goodwill. They were falling off!!! YEAH!!!!!
