I've been restricting & doing cardio for the past week, but haven't seen any loss yet. I'm in a deficit of about 500kcal so wondering how long it usually takes to see progress :blush:

About a 45lb total weight loss since June 2020 🙌 I’m 5’2” and started at 183-185? I’m 138 now and not done yet 😁 but I’m proud of the progress I’ve made so far! This year is focused on a LITTLE more weight loss, but mainly toning up and building my endurance even more. 💪
