10kg/22lb lost...I'm halfway there
I can't really share this with anyone in real life so I thought I'd share it here. I've lost 10kg/22lb since the start of the year. I'm wearing a size smaller jeans and I've moved three notches in on my belt.

Only 3.5 months difference but getting there

Updated progress pics!
Hi everyone! So I’m just shy of 50lbs lost, but with the hour and a half of weight training I do 4x per week, I’m sure the fat loss is more than that. I started this journey back in 2017 and I can’t tell you how much confidence I’ve gain and how much I’ve learned about myself. So here are some up dated pictures!

A very tiny success for me
I've only overeaten 2 days this week. Considering my average OE days over the passed year have been 5-6 each week due to more crippling depression and hormone imbalance, I guess that's good. I'm still getting a box of something from the store bakery today. Baby steppies.

Losing weight after Sertraline?
Does anyone have a success story losing weight after having been on Sertraline (Zoloft) or another similar drug (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor) ? Did you gain weight while taking it? How long did it take to lose it after stopping the drug? I am at the point of total frustration, gained 15+ pounds on the drug while…

Updated Progress Photo (down 71.4lbs)
Hey everyone! I thought I should post an updated progress photo due to the fact the last one I posted was when I was down a little over 30 pounds lost. I hope this can give someone some type of motivation! This journey has been a rollercoaster for sure, but in the end, it is so worth it! You can do this! You got this!

Did losing weight let you wear heels?
One thing I’m really enjoying about losing weight is the fashion options. I’ve lost 45lbs and I feel like I’m starting to develop a style rather than just covering my body to go places. Lots of plus size people have impeccable fashion, but I wasn’t one of them. Clothes weren’t really fun for me until now. I got a cute pair…

Time will pass anyway
I didn’t do any diet. I just ate healthier and worked out. It took me 1 year to lost 80lbs. I made music mixes and would listen to them while working out. Then on days I wasn’t feeling like it I would play them as I went about my day and before long I would feel pumped to workout and keep going.

NSV!
I'm able to fit into some of my "old" dress pants for work!!! Several months ago I had to give in and purchase new pants for work. I allowed myself 2 pairs and decided I WOULD get into my old pants again. Today I put them on and buttoned them without having to suck my stomach in.

Weight Loss Stories? Without Keto?
I just really want to eat a balance of healthy macros without any extremes. I need to know this is possible...I’m so tired of hearing about Keto!

30 lbs down in 3 months
It works! I track my food (often). I workout 5 days per week. I mix it up a bit by doing C25K and 30 Day Shred. I also average 15k steps per day. It hasn’t been easy at all. But it works!!

The proof is in the picture.
Old vs new leggings. I cleaned out a drawer to make room for my new bike clothes and came across my old knock around leggings. If they weren’t in my drawer I’d never think I actually once needed these. Always keep a couple pieces of old clothing as a reminder of your progress!

Any Weight Loss Surgery Success Stories out there?
I started the process of getting ready for Gastric Sleeve surgery. Had my initial consult this past Friday and was 296 lbs. Would love to hear from others who have had the sleeve surgery or any type of weight loss surgery; would love to hear the good the bad and the ugly. I want to be prepared for anything that may come…

A little about Me!
I've been on this board for a little while. I had weight loss surgery (gastric sleeve) on August 14, 2017 after trying for so long to do it on my own. I have lost and gained so many times, I just got tired of trying on my own. Kudos, to you guys who did it the natural way. My highest weight was 313 and I am at 170. I…

6 months & 30lbs later
it’s been 6 months today that I’ve started on this journey. I went from being really inactive and eating crap, to playing hockey 3-4 times a week, hitting the gym at least 5 times a week, and eating clean healthy food. Happy with the results so far :)

Because excuses kept me where I was....
Nothing complicated. Caloric deficit and regular intense exercise. Billions spent in an industry made out of a simple rule, eat less and move more. Keep your juice plus and herbal life. 5-6 months of consistency.
