I always feel so intimidated when I walk in and don't feel comfortable but feel like this is what is needed in order to keep continuing. I've lost a total of 25 pounds just by eating better, but I now need to tone…

FitBit Calories Burned Against Food Cals in MFP
Is it wrong to just look at the calories my FitBit shows me as having burned up to that point in the day, cross-check that against my food log in MFP, and then that tells me whether I'm in a calorie deficit for the day? It seems so simple and obvious, yet maybe I'm off because I see so many posts about confusion over…

Rest Days
What do you do on rest days? Up till now I've been walking daily for at least 30 mins. I feel good about that and am closing my apple watch rings. But now I'm trying to run every other day. Question
When doing exercises do you guys use a heart monitor to track your calories burned or just track your time and punch that in? I feel that when I use a monitor i burn more calories than just putting in the minutes that I just do exercises. I get 2 different readings when I put in both.

Sodium and Sweat
I was doing a good job of keeping my sodium intake near 2300mg. But then I realized I wasn't compensating for sweat? I read that you lose about 585mg per pound of sweat. So I accurately measured my sweat after exercise at 2 lbs. And increased my sodium intake by 1170mg, making it about 3470mg per day. I'm also using 2…

Just not fit for running?
Are some people just unable to run or jog? I've been trying to add a little into my walking routine but I just don't have the wind or endurance to do it for long. The trail I walk on is great! So I'll pick a spot ahead and run to there, then walk for a bit more, then when my wind picks up again, I'll do the same. Granted,…
