Time between cardio workouts?
I ran on my treadmill last night about 6 pm - And I am getting ready to do some Hiit training right now - is it too soon? I know you should rest between muscle groups when lifting, but when you're doing cardio aren't your legs a muscle group, and if so, should you wait 24 hours between working them with cardio? Obsessed?
On Friday, while preparing for my boy's first birthday party I fell. I totally busted it. I fell from a counter and was going to face plant so I twisted my body and ended up on my left side. When working out, how important is it to breathe at the right times? Do they trainers have you breathe at certain spots in order to make sure you remember to breathe?
