So I just got Insanity today, and I really want to start right away. I am on Week 8 of C25K, I am training for a 5K that I am running in March. Weight Training - Calorie Credit
Why don't we get calorie credit for resistance excercises? My workout usually consist of cardio followed up by medium to heavy resistance training with little breaks in between sets. Believe me it keeps my heart pumpimg the whole time. I know Iam burning calories and I'd like to log them. Anyone know why?

Not Losing :(
I've been exercising for about 3 weeks now and i've only lost 3lbs! I follow my diet plan to the full extent and still the scale doesn't move and if it does move it moves UP!!!! I want to know if anyone else has had this problem and if there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
