Wii Fitness Games Online?
My cousin and I live 2000 miles apart, however we are on this journey together. I was wondering if anyone knew of a Wii fitness game (or anything that might have the same idea i.e. Just Dance) that we can play online together? The plank
what areas exactly does this work? I did it 2x today. someone told me it helps with the post pregnancy pooch. but i felt it more on my sides, not lower ab. and it hurt my back. am i doing it wrong?

Lifting dumbells/strength training
How come it doesn't show up as any calories burned when I enter all the information that I did bicep curls and other types of lifting my dumbells? I also did lunges and crutches holding my dumbells; entered my info and and nothing showed up as calories burned except if I logged the crutches without dumbells.

Lower Ab Workout!
So my lower abs are awful and very fatty. What exercises are good at targeting that area and how often? I don't know if this is an actual term by my friends and I have always called it a "FUPA" and I've got one and it needs to be gone.

which is better:morning or evening workout?
I typically work out around 9pm after my boys go to bed. I've noticed that I've stopped losing weight. I wonder if working out in the morning is better? I do eat my exercise calories after my workouts. Is that my problem? Please help...I am NOT a morning person! : ) thanks!

just want some opinions
I took my two children and niece to a inflate able jump place tonight ,and played quite a bit with them,i would say about an hour to a hour and a half of the two hours we were there, got a good sweat going how should i count that for exercise? i.e aerobic or what? Can someone help me? Running and bruises on my legs

help with entering exercise!
I am on a weight loss program where they want me to not subtract the calories from exercise at this time. So I have seen on other posts to enter the exercise and choose 0 under calories. I have done this and it will not log the exercise. Am I not understanding how to do this or is it just not possible?
