Hey everyone, I have looked everywhere online and cant seem to find a good program to create a decent workout routine for me. Indoor Skydiving
Does this burn calories? If so how many? I'm going tomorrow night. I've never done it so I have no idea if it's a workout or not, but all I know is that I used to play the Sims and it was a workout for them so I thought I'd ask, hahahahah

Is there any exercise that will get rid of lovehandles. I have been doing a lot of cardio, squats, lunges, everything I can think of, but nothing is getting rid of my stubborn lovehandles!! I want them gone!!! Any ideas???
