Zumba & P90x
I have been working out to P90x & going to Zumba classes,. I have dropped two dress sizes, & for the first time in months, I feel great. Doing P90x by itself is hard for me due to an old injury from being hit by a car. Has anyone else mixed things up, & received results?

Exercising with Asthma
I used to be able to do a lot of cardio, but my asthma has gotten worse and now even 5 minutes of cardio sends me into an attack. What size weights do you use for the P90? I am currently on my first week and doing the resistance bands but just purchased the Jillian Michaels adjustable dumbbells and they are arriving today!! Exercising while sick

Zumba for Wii
I really recommend the zumba for wii because it is just a whole lot of fun dancing to music while burning calories and also has tutorials to show you the dance moves one by one at a slow pace. I wish MyFitnessPal would add it to their exercise panel :D
