Does anyone have the Kinect? I have been doing The Biggest Looser Game. I guess it's OK, but I'm not loving the work outs. I'm really looking for a good toning work out, as I run for my cardio. Does anyone have experience with any of the other games for the Kinect? I was thinking about getting Your Shape Fitness Evolved,…

Polar FT7 vs. FT4 HRMs & 60beat Heart Rate RX?
Hello! Is anybody here using "60beat Heart Rate RX?"- - see: http://www.60beat.com/ -- it connects your HRM to your iPhone- and I'm leaning towards choosing a Polar HRM because of it's compatibility with the 60Beat & what's already in my iPhone (MFP, RunKeeper, GPS, music etc.). Also other than the HRM that comes with EA…

I channeled my inner warrior.
I think I had one of my best martial arts classes today. I was so focused in class and I did not let my children distract me. This focus led me to harder, higher and stronger kicks and punches than I have ever had before. It's a shame that my children do not love it as much as I do. Does anyone else here participate in a…

Walking with stroller
Hey, Today I walked for an hour pushing my 30lb 2 year old in a stroller, and carrying my 18 pound 1 year old in my front carrier. I am NOT sure how to log this in as it was definitely more than just walking. The only thing I find is "walking carrying infant, or 15 lb load" but that doesn't account for pushing the stroller…

Sugar after a workout?
Right after a workout there's nothing I crave more than a glass of iced cocoa (2 tsp cocoa, 2 tsp sugar, 3 tsp milk, 1 cup water + ice). Heart Rate monitor & Calories

Can I use my pedometer steps as exercise?
I recently started keeping track of how many steps I take in a day for a contest at work which is Walk 10,000 Steps. When I log my steps it converts it into miles for me.
