treadmill help
i just got a treadmill...and according to the treadmill..i burned 100 calories in 15 min. (i put in my weight) On this site- walking in the database, at the same speed only gave me 58 calories burned and the treadmill ergometer ( dont know if thats the sam ething) gave me 137 calories burned.. which is true..and do u log…

I recently lost 68 lbs in the past 3 months and most of the weight was in my stomach. However over the past few weeks i get a back cramp that lasts for hours each day.
