My 30 day shred dvd is in the post office wiating for me to pick it up later today. I noticed in another thread that someone was talking about needing hand weights to do it. Can someone tell me how my 30 mintue bike ride can burn 201 calories one day and 200 the next? When I plug the same workout in on consecutive days the calorie burn is changing.....Sort of confused here. :)

Hey, I am new and have a quick question?
On top of cardio, I lift weights anywhere from 1 hour 15 min -> to 1 hour 30 min a day 4x a week! How can I enter the calories burned from these workouts? The only calories entered are the ones I burn through my running and any cardio excersizes I do. Thanks in advance, Marty

Weight Training Log
Does anyone know if there is any point in updating the excersice logs with any weight training sessions that I do? As far as I can tell, it doesnt deduct any calories or change anything so if its just for a record/log its probably not worth me doing as I have a seperate app for that.

Heart Rate too high? Max 214 during 6 mile run.
I'm training for a marathon & am trying to increase my running speed. I'm pushing it pretty far, but today my HRM (I have a Polar F-6) read a max HR of 214!
