When I measure with my bra and then measure without it, I get two different measurements. Which one is right?

i only got through 15 minutes of it but how should i record it on the exercise tab, could i just record it as cardio? it probably wouldn't even be close to accurate anyways so i might not record it but that was my small accomplishment for the day coming from someone who does no workout routine at all

Hi, I want to download the C25K on my iphone, but there are two different ones. Can someone tell me which one is the original, or better one? There is one by Felt Tip, and one by Bluefin. I'm thinking the Bluefin is the original, but the Felt tip has more ratings. Any advice?

exercise verus calories
I've had a sudden realization, that although I have lost 7 lbs in twenty days, I've been cheating myself. The more I exercise the more calories I've been eating. I will now resolve to eat only the calories allotted and exercise to burn them off.::flowerforyou:

Need calorie burn advice
I stained a deck today (part of it) and it took 3 hours. It was a lot of the railing- so it wasnt alot of movement except with the arms. So, do any of you have any ideas how many calories I burned doing this??
