Who eats the extra cals they burn when they exercise? not sure if my question makes sense. When I enter in my exercise for the day my tracker says I have earned xxx amount of extra calories I can consume... How many of you actually eat those extra cals?

Is my theory wrong?
I've heard if I lose weight I not only lose fat but muscle. So I've started lifting weights plus doing cardio. My theory is that if I have more muscle I burn more calories and thus get fit and lose weight. Where am I wrong?

Eating to make up excersise calories?
When I log my food & excersise I am always 1400 calories short of my limit. I take it I shouldn't eat extra to compensate for the excersise loss of calories... very confusing feature of app? It changes your daily goal with excercise cals taken off.
