The morning after (exercise) advice
I kept my first day of exercise fairly low key yesterday. This morning, my arms and abs are a bit still, and I have to take my daughter in to University today with me to lectures. She's two. Do you have any ideas to help take the ache out of my muscles so I can try and tame my toddler at Uni?

I have realized that the only reasonable way for me to get any type of dedicated exercise is to get up before my kids and squeeze my work out in. What is your morning routine?
