When do you turn off your HRM?
Do you turn it off immediately after finishing a workout out or do you wait until after your heart rate has returned to normal? After I do a HIIT I burn quite a bit of calories for several minutes after the workout. I sure would like to count those calories burned!!

Which is better??
Which interval is better? Run intervals for 12 minutes-- 30 seconds at 100% of your speed then one minute at 40% of your speed--alternate back and forth for 12 minutes. OR Run intervals for 50 minutes -- incline @ 8.0 for 2 minutes at 3.5 walk, then no incline for 1 minute jog at 5.7

Exercise cals - do I subtract normal activity
quick question. If I normally use up say fifty cals in half an hour doing nothing much, when I burn off 200 cals doing exercise do I need to take off the fifty I would normally burn, so my actual cals earned through exercise is 150 ? Does that make sense ? So take off 50 I use in just living.
