not shin pain, but rather tightness
I'm doing all the suggested stretches to prevent shin pain and it's helped, but they are brutally tight when I go for walks. Is the tightness normal? If so, I'm sure they will loosen if I keep it up.

cardio question help
So i have been going to the gym now for a few weeks about 4-5 days a week and i always do at least 30-45 min of cardio then i do like 15 min of stregnth training. Weight Gain with 30 Day Shred anyone?!?!?!
Did anyone notice any weight gain from 30 Day Shred? I am losing inches, very little, and I can tell I am getting more defintion just not losing any weight, and tettering on gaining...what did you all experense?
