back pain...due to running?
Ever since I started running (about 2 to 3 months ago) I have been having middle back pain. I was wondering if this is common? I don't want to stop running as I really enjoy it, but I am a bit concerned.

I have made a point to spending at least 60 minutes in the pool each day. I make sure that I am moving the entire time and spend the whole time in the end that I can't reach the bottom. Saddle Bags and tummy
Hi there. Like most of you, I have trouble spots I am not sure what to do about. My trouble spots are a tummy ( I have not had kids) and saddle bags. If I'm not ALWAYS sore the day after exercise...
should I up my workout routine? I do on average about 40-60 minutes of pretty high intensity. It may sound odd, but I love being sore. It really shows me that I worked my body. What do you guys/girls think?

calories burned during fitness
Has anyone compared say what their treadmill says for calories burned vs. what myfitnesspal records for calories? My treadmill for 30 min gave me 250 whereas myfitnesspal said 450.
