Metabolic Testing
I was wondering if anybody had tried metabolic testing before. I am seriously considering it to help with my last 10-12 pounds (that won't go away). I love myfitnesspal, but feel like I might be taking in too few calories thus, making my body want to store everything. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Heart rate Monitor getting too sweaty during workout??
I have a heart rate monitor with a chest strap that measures calories burned. I have had this HRM for about 2 months and I have been noticing that in some of my workouts the BPM is not changing at all or it will go from 150-160 down to 30-50 in seconds. This cant be right. so i have been out scraping and painting on my house for about 2 hours...i have no idea how to estimate how many calories i burned, and anything that seems close to it on any web site like gardening or cleaning is saying i burned over 1000...that can't be right can it? i am guessing like 300...thoughts?
