Throat pain while running?
I thought I'd be brave 2 nights ago, and I took a jog outside instead of in the gym. I jogged for a 1/2 mile before I couldn't breathe any longer without it being extremely painful. Do you 'under'estimate calories burned?
I'm currently walking for 30 minutes (last night 45!!) at 3.4/3.5 miles per hour. The walking on here I've found is at 3 or 4 MPH. I've been rounding 'down' to 3MPH. So I have done a bunch of push up reps and went to log them into 'strength training'...just putting in the reps and how many I do...but it doesn't count towards the exercise calories?? Do they really not count?

Wii "The Biggest Loser"
