30 day shred question please
I have been doing the 30day shred and I do feel the burn in my legs and arms and pain in my ankles but do not feel anything in my stomach area, Shouldn't I be feeling the burn there too? Do you?

Treadmill phobia
Okay I am not scared of the treadmill I actually really like it however I am getting ready for a little bit more of a challenge. I want to start to run on it but I am a little bit of a chicken. Have you worked out yet today? What did you do? If not get up and go! =] As for me, I'm on day 2 of Jillian's 30 day slimdown so I did level 1 of the shred and for my marathon training I have to run 5.5 miles later tonight when it's not so hot out.

exercise calories.....
I feel guilty eating the exercise calories! I feel as if eating them is me just over eating.... how can I lose weight if my calorie count is higher... I know this has been posted a million time and I should have pay closer attention.... anyone?

I purchased these shoes for walking/treadmill 2 weeks ago. I can honestly say, I definately feel a difference when I wear these versus my regular work out shoes. Am walking an average of 45 - 60 minutes a day. Has anyone else tried these?

NEED HELP!
Okay today instead of going to the gym I thought about going jogging outside but I also need to do my arm exercises. I usually use 10lbs weights but all I have at home are 8lbs could I just double my reps?

House work/Grocery shopping
Does grocery shopping and house work really count as exersize? If I spend 2 hours doing house work do I really get to eat that extra snack?

Running & coughing
I know that my lungs get irritated when I exercise in the cold air, but it's not cold outside. It's a beautiful day but when I tried to go for a jog, my lungs hurt and now I can't stop coughing. Does anybody know why that is?

Did I wait long enough after shin splints?
Okay so on Thursday I had to stop running do to painful shin splints. It was awful. My legs feel fine now, no pain at all. So you guys think that 4 days of rest is a long enough break?
