Ok so I am in week 2 now, and tomorrow it says pure cardio and cardio abs. Well there's one DVD that is Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs...but then there's another DVD that's just cardio abs. I'm assuming I'm supposed to do the one that is both? And the 2nd one is for month 2?

I walked about 1000 steps, at a slow pace, which according to my Wristwatch HRM means I burnt about 800 calories. I am worried about how high my heart rate is when I exercise. I am doing c25k and also just started a heavy lifting program. While running and while lifting weights, my heart rate has gone as high as 192. I am 22 years old. Is this normal or should I be concerned?
