What do you do first?
When you go to the gym, what do you do first to burn the most calories, cardio the weights or weights then cardio?

Warm-Up & Cool-Down...Count the Calories?
I was just wondering if people count the warm-up and cool-down of their workouts in their total calories burned. I have a HRM and i just turn it on when I start and end, so I end up counting both of them even though my heart rate obviously isn't all the way up during those times. What do you do?

How do you count P90X workouts?
I don't have a problem counting the cardio days but days like arms and chest I really can't find the time to sit here and log exaclty how many I did. I've been entering it as calesthetics for 50 minutes. I enter the Ab ripper separately. Just wondering how others do it!

30 Day Shred vs Biggest Loser bootcamp

Newly healed injury and P90X
