I'm not sure what the deal with Insanity coaches is...it appears anyone can be an Insanity coach if they have the money. Anyone doing the program and have one online? taking a day off from exercise
I "had to" take the day off today from working out to help my hamstring/glute/hip feel better, I just hope to get back into running again, I need my exercise calories, 1200 is not enough for me!

I love that I can burn 600 calories in an hour
I didn't have much time for the gym today. I was on the treadmill for 20 minutes (I jogged for 6 of those minutes), the elliptical for 20 minutes and the bicycle for 20 minutes. It's a great way to burn major calories in a relatively short amount of time. It's also nice to switch it up so it doesn't get boring.

is walking enough exercise?
Im at Disney world, and I walk around the parks from noon to eleven at night. Is that enough exercise or should I throw some running in there around the morning?? I eat about 2 meals a day and maybe a couple snacks. Just because the food at the parks are so expensive as well

Diabetic -- how low is too low to exercise?
I checked my glucose before exercising and it was 88. Is that too low to exercise? I often have this problem, and I hate it because then I'm forced to have an extra snack that I hadn't planned on. Extra snack = even more need to exercise!
