Omron HR-100C Heart Rate Monitor
Has anyone tried this HRM. I have a Omron pedometer and really like it, and love the user friendly software. I keep hearing about the Polar HRM but it soo expesive, that I was hoping to get some feedback on the Omron one. There are a lot of good reviews on Amazon but thought I would check here. Thanks!

I love kettlebells, and used to do it a lot last year. I have about 80 pounds that I want to lose, do you think that by doing Kettlebells it would do justice, or do you think I need more of a running/higher cardio workout? I have just done my fith day on level 1 using my 2kg weights.I am working up to doing MAN press ups.I can already seeing a difference in my arms but BOY those lunges with anterior raises are TOUGH.

Couch to 5k April Starters....
