dose it matter
Dose it really matter when I work out. Some days I can get to the gym at about 5 pm and others it has to be after my Caia goes to bed. Depend on what time my husband get homes from work. And the gym around hear don't have child care so I need to work around my husband work schedule.

I think I'm an addict!
I think I am addicted to sweat. LOL When I complete my workout I want more. I like to feel and see the sweat pool up in front of me. When I don't work out I feel upset, anxious, and can't sleep. Anyone else feel this way? Or am I a loony bird?
