Calculating exercise calories
Howdy, first post here, hope some one can explain something to me. I just got a HRM to record my exercise calories. I set my activity level to sedentary on MFP so I enter my exercise calories manually. Should I add all of my exercise calories? or first subtract the amount I would use anyway in the hour that I worked out?

Co-cycling (with baby) do I earn extra calorie burn? and how
I cycle w/ my toddler in a seat on the back of my bike. She is just about 30lbs plus the weight of the seat (about 10lbs) so im wondering...do I ear extra calories burned from the 40lbs of extra weight on my bike? And how do I fit that into my activity in MFP?!

Why am I so tired after a workout?
I use to be very energized now i'm starving and tired, I haven't really changed my eating I have upped my exercise 3 days intense, 2 days moderate, & 2 days off I upped it because I platued but now i'm exhausted and on my moderate day like today it was hard to push through it.

Breaking up my workouts?
We just got an ellilptical and I find that I can't go for much longer than 20 minutes at a time. Is it ok to do two 20 minute workouts in a day, or should I really be trying to push it longer? Aside from physically, logistically it's also easier to break it up (I do it when my daughter naps).

Why don't you get credit for weight lifting?
I'm super new (second day on here) so this has probably been answered, but what gives? I mean it has a place for me to list my exercises, sets, reps, weight, ect but it doesn't give me calorie credit on my page. Just wondering.
