Has anyone tried Power 90? What are your thoughts? Are the workouts less intense the P90X and a little shorter in time?

Turbo Jam
Hey MFP friends!! Anyone doing Turbo Jam by Beach Body?? I have been doing P90X here and there. I love it, but to order it for myself is too much $! I saw that they also have a system called Turbo Jam. Its much cheaper but sounds just as hard as P90X. Any thoughts on it or suggestions?? Thanks!!

Any one just doing yoga as exercise
so i did the shiva rea yoga yesterday, the first one and man thats a work out in itself i thought it was gonna be completely different. man did it throw me a curve ball. i did about 35 minutes bc my 6mth old started getting fussy . but it felt good.

Pilates - how to track calories burned?
I did a fat buring pilates DVD today and when I go to track it in my exercise log it doesn't have pilates. I have no idea what to mark to track for today. Anyone else have this problem?

Why is it harder to lose weight when starting a weight lifti
I started lifting weights 3 days a week i am also doing cardio for about an hour 6 days a week , i am currently eating 1200 to 1230 calories a day, i have been ding this for 3 weeks straight and have only lost 1 pound , what am i doing wrong ?

I want to know what anyone thinks of Power 90 - I have done the 30 day shred and the biggest loser boot camp and the 30 day shred again. The P90x requires a little more time than I can committ without failing. I know that I can do about 30 to maybe 45min a day. Any comments would be helpful.
