Shred day 2 or C25K?
I tried to start both 30 day Shred and the C25K today, but have concluded that going from virtually nothing to both in 1 day is too much. I still plan to do 4 days of shred and 3 days of C25K a week but for tomorrow I'd rather do one really well rather than 1 ok and the 2nd a bit half @rsed. So.... the questions is which…

Power Plates

I hate pilates
I HATE IT. and its weird to me because I Iove to work out, and dont mind doing strength training and ab work. I can even do the moves when im not there, but i can not stand an hour of pilates. Does any one else hate it as much as me?

What's a good goal for exercise calories burned each day?
Just curious, what is a good goal for exercise calories burned each day, and what is the average that some of you are doing? Right now I am averaging about 1000 calories burned each day when I exercise (according to my HRM) and would like to know if that's low? Thanks for input! :smile:

My toes are going a bit numb. . .
Hey there, I was wondering if anyone knows anything about toes going numb while working out. It's happened to me in the past and I just sort of ignored it but today after my run it was to the point where it was actually hurting. Not all of my toes go numb, just a few on each foot. Every time I see the Perfect Pushup at the store I spend a good 10 minutes debating with myself on the purchase. circuit training question
I am planning on using my treadmill, exercise bike, and stepper tonight in some sort of circuit type training for an hour. Any suggestions on how best to work this? Should I do 10 minutes of each then go back and do 10 more minutes of each? Is that even called circuit training if no strength is involved?

How do you log C25K on the exercise counter?
Im starting week 1 today and am not sure how to log it. Would I be correct in thinking that if you walk for 5 mins as a warm up, and then run 60 secs, walk 90 secs alternately for week one then I should be logging it as 17 mins walking (moderate speed 3mph) and 8 mins jogging? Is that it? Doesn't sound like much!!! lol
