Today I finished Day 1 of Level 1 on Biggest Loser Bootcamp and am looking for other who want to join me for the 6 week program. Also would like to know if anyone has finished the 6 weeks and how your results were. I am in need of some motivation and workout buddies!!

Knee sugeries
I have had knee surgeries on both knees. I have no cartiledge left and am arthritic. Any suggestions for exercise would help. I used to do high impact aerobics, but with the knees and being over 50 now I think it's probably not a good idea!

Half or full marathon

Does work count as exercise??
I work retail as a dept manager. I'm on my feet 8 hours a day. Lifting boxes, climbing ladders, lots of walking. Can I count this as exercise the days that I work? If so what should I add it as? Any ideas would be appreciated!

I just started MFP today. I have entered in my food but am trying to enter my exercise. I did the 30 day shred. How do I enter it? I can't find it in the data base. Is it cardio or strength? How many calories does it burn??? HELP!!!!!

Numb feet after exercise
For some reason, after half an hour exercising my feet always go numb and then burn, stopping me from doing any more. I always feel like I could do more but my feet prevent me from doing so. Can anyone suggest a reason for this, or perhaps a solution?

Pain from Biking- TMI
Hi. I have been doing the stationary bike like an hour to hour and 1/2 everyday. Does anyone ever get a sore bum or even near the pubic bones? I have been really sore in the evening after doing this and wondering if this is what its from. I sure the extra weight on it isnt helping. HELP!

I only work 1 day a week. It is pushing/pulling navigating 300 lb racks(on wheels), reaching high/low, bending, ect. The question is... Can/should I count that as exercise? I was thinking of wearing my HRM tomarrow and seeing just for the heck of it what the count was.

shoveling snow - excellent!
Was asked to shovel a family friends driveway today. 733 calories burned in an hour and a half! I love my HRM! Now... unfortunately that was in addition to my workout that I had already done today. It's now 7PM... there is no way that I can eat all of my exercise calories today! What an awesome workout though!
