Why is it?
I work out every day on my elliptical. I do use a heart rate moniter. It seems the longer (number of days) I use the machine, the less calories I burn while using it. Two weeks ago, I was on for 75 minutes and burned 680 calories (according to my HRM), today, the same amount of time burned only 535. Why the big difference?

Heart Rate?
So you need to keep your heart rate up and at a certain level for your workout, right. This is a dumb question but how do I know what my heart rate should be? And, if it is lower than what it should be am I going to take longer to lose weight and get healthy?

P90X Kenpo Calories Burned
So check this, I see lots o questions about calories being burnt while doing P90X.....So I just used my new HRM (polar rs100) and I burned 545 calories in a 40 min or so session. I hope this aids all the folks asking about caloric burn during these vids. Hope this helps

Exercise and Calories...
I was a little confused about this because I've read several different responses. I'm on a 1200 calorie diet...say I'm at 1400, but walk and exercise to burn off those extra 200 cals..is that ok? Or say I'm at 1200 cals and I go exercise and burn off 100...do I need to eat something to get back those 100 cals that I burned…

So my daily recommended intake for calories is 3,000 and something! I don't understand why?? what next after couch to 5K?
Once this program is complete, I intend to run a 5K but there are still a few months before I sign up. What do I do in between? Continue to run 30 minutes or increase the run time? My speed is slow. I intend staying that way for a while. Any guesses?

Question about Entering Exercise
When you enter exercise does it automatically take into account your weight. I guess, I would think that a 300 lb person would burn more calories than a 125 lb person doing a certain exercise. Maybe I'm off, just wanted to know.

SORE LEGS
