HRM vs Elliptical trainer
Just curious if anyone knows why there would be a 100 cal burn difference between my Polar F6HRM and the elliptical trainer? For 22min, the elliptical says I burned 296cal, my HRM says 204?? I also did 22 min on the stair mill and that was 180 cal on BOTH HRM and machine...so that was accurate...

Is 30 Day Shred okay for me?
I had spinal fusion surgery and therefore I can't run, jump, bend, twist or lift more than 20lbs. Would I be able to do the 30 day shred? I have a treadmill, 5lb weights, exercise ball & stationary bike at home.

Turbo Sculpt
I've had the Turbo Jam series for a few weeks now and I did Turbo Sculpt for the first time today. OMG. I am beyond muscle fatigue. I'm sitting on the coach and I can feel my muscles just tremoring. I'll be suprised if I'm able to actually move tomorrow.

30 Day Shred
So how's everyone, that's doing the 30 Day Shred, getting on with it, I've just started Level 2 today and really enjoyed it, the 20 minutes went so fast, very hard work though, God knows what level 3 will bring!!!! Would love to hear how you are all getting on xxxx

Any good ideas on a good Wii Fit Plus workout?

I usually work out 5x per week (on the weekdays) and have my weigh-ins on Saturday mornings. What do you list it under in your exercise log? I have been listing it as 18 minutes of general aerobics, but I've been reading that some people log it as circuit training. Any input would be great, as I don't have a HRM.

the gym
so today i did it. i signed up to the gym:) n im so glad i did. i went for 2.5 hrs.. burned off a lottt! lol a lil over 1200 calories plus some weightlifting. i am so happy:) totally made up for my pigging out n eating over 2000 calories yesterday. yayyy:) gym everyday now. im excited:)
