Hi, I am looking for a 10 minute ab workout that I can do at home at night without any equipment. Anyone has something that is working well for them? I coach a varsity girls soccer team so I daily run 20 minutes, do sprints, scrimage with the team, and do stairs but no abs! Thanks!:smile:

So, kinda spin off from another thread, should you exercise the same day you give blood? I guess yoga and pilates would be ok, but would walking and running?

Do you burn extra calories when you push a stroller? If so how many would you say sounds reasonable? I did 2 miles in about 30 minutes at a brisk (3-3.5) mph walk pushing my son.

gained a pound from pilates?
I'm confused...yesterday I stuck to my calories and did a very challenging hour long pilates workout. Today I am up a pound! People will say your weight fluctuates blah blah but that is not how my body usually works. So what gives? How unmotivating!
